As the Principal Consultant my initial responsibility was to restructure the business from solely operating as a business facilitator for international organisations, to increasing our internal capabilities and become a standalone provider of security and risk management services in accordance with International Standards and relevance Industry Best Practice. Throughout this period, I assumed the responsibility for the successful delivery of a number of projects, encompassing a wide range of security operations, crisis and emergency management and risk management disciplines across a variety of business sectors including Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Government Entities, Financial Institutions, Retail, Hospitality, Education and Critical National Infrastructure sectors.
