• Troubleshoot, repair and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and other computer peripherals.
• Responsible on troubleshooting Local Area Network problems.
• Troubleshoot and Identify, diagnose and find effective solutions to problems related to computer hardware and software.
• Joining and configuring computer name and user account to the Domain network.
• Daily Monitoring of Data Centre, check all servers for errors physically connected on LAN, checks all LAN switches and connections.check portal site and sharepoint.
• Monitor internet connection using FORTIGATE firewall and bandwidth usage.
• Responsible on support for Mobile Devices such as Android OS.
• Responsible on support for Android Apps Ebest(SFA).
• Support Pre-seller on any problem encounter on mobile devices.

• Identify, evaluate and solve end-user workstation problems.
• Responsible on troubleshooting (LAN) network problems.
• Troubleshoot and Identify, diagnose and find effective solutions to problems related to computer hardware and software.
• Provide first level support in installation, maintenance, and upgrades of internal computer hardware/software systems which include but not limited to Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, Antivirus, Oracle, Primavera, Smarterm, Desktop PC’s, Notebook computers, Printers, Internet and MS Outlook.
• Configuration of MS Outlook for Desktop User’s, Network Printer’s and Scanner’s.
• Responsible to assist users on any problems encountered on Desktop, laptops, printer and plotter’s.
• Use Norton Ghost for computer that’s need to be formatted/re clone.
• Virus monitoring using Symantec Antivirus.
