Attending to suppliers/customers.
Handling of incoming calls
Attending to customer complain
Handling of request form for supplies.
Responsible for reservations and ticketing through Amadeus & Sabre
System.
Handles ticket issuance, rebook and refund for group and business affiliates.
Submits daily Sales Reports of cash and credit sales.
Assist and serves customers with a sense of responsibility for their utmost
satisfaction.
Performs administrative functions
