Responsible for the implementation of HP security strategies in all HP sites in SEA & Japan with the aim to minimize risk to HP assets \[people, property, product, brand and information\]
Major roles includes:
1. Managing the security requirement of HP workforce and workplace
2. Providing security program support for HP's end to end for supply chain
3. Providing Standards of Business Conduct \[SBC\] regional and country investigation teams
4. Leading emergency response and crisis management team
5. Anti Counterfeit \[ACF\] awareness training and detection
6. Conduct Supply Chain Audit
Responsible for all security products and designs to all clients particularly the government agencies namely Royal Malaysian Police, Malaysian Armed Forces, Customs & Immigration and other related government agecnies
Responsible for the provision, planning and deployment of Secuirty personnel and Cash In Transit \[CIT\] services to all clients in Macau such as casinos, hotels, governmental buildings & institutions, grocery stores & supermarkets, VVIP residence, etc
Served 29 years and undergone various training abroad and in country within the Malaysian Armed Forces and other institutions outside the military service.
Have had hands-on experience both in the field and management environment pertaining to the following:
1. Management Planning/Human Resource Management
2. Training - As a planner, coordinator and as an instructor inclusive conducting internal and external validation
3. Security - Planning, design and execution
4. Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
5. Logistic Management
6. Working in the United Nations as Military Monitoring Officer in Sierra Leone, West Africa for one year in 1999 and functions to act as negotiator, mediator and conduct Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration programs to sensitize the rival fighting factions including issuing of policies and directives of the United Nations
