Tadawul Tower is a state of art, world class, intelligent, recognizable and Sustainable high rise tower for tadawul Real Estate LLC (Saudi Stock Exchange Co.) with 4 Basement, lowergroundground floor, 42 floor and Roof level 1 and 2 with approximately 140, 000 m₂ the tower house the Tadawul Head Quarters containing creative and smart office high availability Data Center with Tier IV Classification, Training Facility Supporting service amenities Thermo is responsible for the entire MEP work including the IT/AV systems of prestigious witch targeting LEED Gold Rating (Core & Shell) With total Electrical Load of 37, 524 KW, Cooling Load of 3600 tones.

All Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Work
Responsibility
• Inspection of all incoming Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing works materials.
• Prepare all necessary documents and attachments for the inspection and testing requirement.
• Review the Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing works check list, as built drawing and related quality control documents for final drossier.
• Site inspection and co-ordinate to construction to implement the work completed in complies with code in accordance with specification.
• Coordinate with client for inspection activities issued RFI (Request for inspection) for witness/hold point etc.
• At site inspection time, following safety rules & regulation at different hazards area.
• Overall quality supervision for MEP works.
Luxurious Residential Tower (Abu Dhabi UAE)
Position: QA/QC Inspector (Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing)

1 Tower with 4 Basement, 1 podium, 2 office floor, 1-20 floor Luxury Residential 5 apartment each floor, 1 Recreation Area Including Swimming pool area and 2 roof area.
