1. Supervises maintenance personnel in conducting Preventive Maintenance services of various equipment (generators, welding machines, air compressors, forklifts, loaders, backhoe and cranes).
2. Performs recording of all completed PM services.
3. Monitor and control consumption of oil and lubricants.
4. Performs trouble shooting as required.
5. As a Project Equipment in Charge, initiates requests for equipment the project need.
6. Control mobilization of equipment from site to site.
7. Despatching of transport equipment in order to provide continous mobility of project staff from site to site.
8. Consolidates daily equipment and vehicle daily time records of all equipment assigned to the project.
9. Ensures sufficiency of equipment support to the operation team.
10. Submit periodical reports to the management group about the status and accomplishments of various equipment assigned to project.
11. Supervises mechanic, electricians, welders, operators drivers and other personnel that are under the Motorpool group.

1. Reviews and applies related documents of the project. Ensure that the drawings, specifications and procedures are in current revision.

2. Conducts regular technical assessment and see to it that the work is in accordance with the designed plans and specifications, and to ensure work efficiency, quality and workmanship to meet of the good quality of works.

3. Responsible in the preparation of the work instructions and method statements for weighing, lifting and transport as well as the scaffolding estimate and design.

4. Review Engineered lifting and transport procedures.

5. Prepare rigging bill according to the engineering lifting procedure.

6. Lead SPMT/ bogey transporter team in delivering required pipe spools on every modular assembly.

7. Monitoring and recording of lifting and hauling equipment (cranes, trucks, forklifts etc.) daily work assignments and utilization.

8. Establishing of records of all lifting equipment gears such as nylon web slings, shackles, plate clamps and wire ropes

9. Coordinate with Material Handling and Equipment Section Supervisor and Scaffolding Section supervisor regarding work orders from other department.

10. Prepares department and section budget.

11. Initiate CAPEX and purchase request for tools, materials and consumables as required by the project.

12. Reporting of department KRA-KPI every month.

13. Conduct IIF training for newly hired employees.

As Supervisor

1. Supervise scaffolding, lifting and rigging works.

2.Performs scaffold designing and materials estimate using Smart Scaffolder 2015.

3. Prepares working permit, checklists and and other documents required in rigging, lifting and scaffolding works.

4. Manpower allocation and activity plan for subordinates.

5. Oversees scaffolders and riggers in their daily tasks, activities and accomplishments.

6. Discusses scaffolding plan and preparations with subordinates.

7. Checks scaffold materials based on quantity, quality and safety consistent with approved erection procedures.

8. In case of material insufficiency, initiate capital expenditure and purchase request.

9. Ensures that all scaffolding works are in accordance to project master plan

10. Reports status of lifting and scaffolding activities to the PSSD manager.

11. Lead safety tool box and pre start meeting every start of workshift.

12.Develops detailed work method statement and job hazard analysis for every high risk rigging and scaffolding works.

13. Ensures proper maintenance and storage of lifting gears and scaffolding materials.

14. Ensures that all tools and consumables are readily available.

15. Works with cost engineers on billings of scaffolding works completed to clients.

16. Prepare yearly department and section budget.

17. Works with procurement team in purchasing materials and equipment needed on the project.

1. Perform CNC-WEDM programming and machining

2. Perform CNC-Fastdrill programming and machining

3. Interpret machine drawings and procedures

4. CNC Machining of parts prior to injection Mold and Die fabrication or repair.

5. Construction of CNC WEDM work standards

6. Regularly generate Kaisen (improvement) every month.

7. Perform basic CNC machine trouble shooting and repairs

8. Regular monitoring of CNC machine utilization.

9. Attend monthly Department Index reporting

10. Complete risk assessment and Job Hard Analysis with relation to CNC machines.
