Construction and Estimation
* Capable and having potential to manage, control, supervise the crew in field of the building
services.
* Plan and monitor day to day works and achieve targets as per the construction program.
* Execution of civil work as per approved method statement and drawings.
* Ensure the adequacy of man power (work schedule) at all sites and implement changes if
any required.
* Ensuring the proper coordination between Consultants, civil inspector and getting work
approved to proceed for next stage.
* Release quantities for billing with client and subcontractors.
* Site co-ordination, necessary follow ups, approvals.
* Preparation of As built drawings and final QC documentation.
* Place orders for material purchase & usage as per Projects requirement.
* Quality control, Site measurement, Preparation of interim bills
