Coordination Activity:
Organizing and Participate Co-ordination meeting between consultants, sub
Contractors & Client, Reviewing the drawing as and when requires, continues
checking of sub-Contractor works and Safety Precautions of Man
/Machinery/Materials, Monitor and control all activities of personnel including
sub-contractors at the projects sites in line with project program and
schedule, monitor supplies and materials to complete construction activities
on site. Obtain all necessary permits for the execution of the works, Monitor all
documentation/records generated in my area of control, Co-Ordinate with QC
Engineer to solve NCN, Site Observation Report and Inspection of Approved
Materials, Preparation of RFI, Responsible for Preparation of Progress Payment
Certificate, Monitoring team work which is working on project, handing over
the project and final document submission, Manage and provide the technical
aids to team members, Responsible for Testing & Commissioning of Electrical
Activity & Responsible for Execution of Electrical Part of activity.
