• Responsible for the provision of welfare to members in need
• Ensures that branch funds are properly handled and accounted for • Ensures that the clerk and all branch leaders are taught their responsibilities for finances and that they complete available training

Accomplishment: In view of this, our membership increased. There was no any over drawn funds. We always have reserves and that in terms of financial standing we are rated 99%.

Accomplishment: There was 75% member participation in church activities. Our financial records were very accurate, about 80%
