The work pattern was to analyse the medical Insurance claims for small animals viz Dogs, Cats and Rabbits and to Pay out the genuiene claims and to reject the others taking into consideration the Terms and Conditions of the company. This work needs proffesional expertise as a Veterinarian as this deals with diseases affecting animals, the treatment measures, vaccinations and curative drugs and therapy that are to be used.
