Reading, interpreting and using construction drawings and specifications
* Calculating construction quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations

of over 2000 medium to low residential area development. The project scope covers construction
of the Roads, Sewer, Water, Storm water drainages and the houses. Winston is the Site Engineer
supervising the construction of the civil works which include Roads, Sewer, Water and Storm
water drainage. The civil works are at an estimated cost of US$11 Million.
