Leading team through planning, execution and completion stages of an audit.
Engagement planning based on understanding of the entity and assessment of business and
related audit risks.
Appropriate resources allocation considering time and cost constraints.
Liaison with client’s management and communication of relevant matters to person
at appropriate level of responsibility.
Reviewing minutes of meeting of audit committee, board of directors etc.
Obtain and review evidence ensuring audit conclusions are well documented.
Assisting clients in preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable financial reporting framework including compliance with IFRS and Companies regulation.
Zakat and Tax computation and assessment for Limited Companies and Establishments.
VAT application, implications and filing.
