1. Covers all activities from design, development, production, installation, servicing and documentation.
2. Working under the rules of "fit for purpose" and "do it right the first time". It includes the regulation of the quality of raw materials, assemblies, products and components; services; and management, production, and inspection processes.
3. Statistical process controller in manufacturing operations usually proceed by randomly sampling and testing a fraction of the output. Variances of critical tolerances are continuously tracked, and manufacturing processes are corrected before bad parts can be produced.
4. Gathering and testing samples, then analyze results.
5. Carrying out lab testing for incoming finished products/items in conformance with ISO procedures.
6. Reporting on daily basis on the quality of products tested.
7. Ensure products comply with quality systems such as ISO, HACCP.
8. Inform all interested parts of results to ensure high consistent quality products are communicated
9. Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others.
