Techno Group is a Telecommunications and technical support company provides maintenance services for MTN's mobile operator sites.
Our team responsibilities include the following:
- Follow up environment and radio alarms related to MTN's sites and perform the on-site maintenance work to clear alarms and solve any problems or faults.
- Coordinate with OMC (Operation and Maintenance Centre) to follow up the out of service sites and accomplish the needed actions to return it on air.
- Perform the sites routine visit (remarks reporting, batteries test, rectifier check, grounding system check, alarms check, generator test, power distribution panel check and all BTS equipment check).
- Test, troubleshoot and fix any problems or fault in the power distribution panels.
- Collect the site's database in every visit and update it frequently.
