• Scheduling Deliveries and controlling the movement of materials thru the implementation of a supply chain that can Track deliveries & orders as well as making sure goods arrive to correct locations in timely manners.
• Developing different contingency plans based on sudden changes and be sure that orders aren't doubled or overlooked.
• Supervising administrative staff and Setting clear objectives to them as well as proper trainings then monitor ing their performance and making sure they are complying with all relevant laws and safety procedures.
• Being on call 24 hours per day if a problem arises with shipping or receiving.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
- Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
- Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
