- Stay abreast of competing markets, development in pursuit of business.
- Coordinating daily sales and inventory reports and take actions plans.
- Negotiate pricing and issues with vendors in conjunction with purchasing and sales management.

- Ensure each customer receives exceptional service by providing an open, friendly environment and maintaining solid product knowledge.
- Monitor the business flow of the sales team, and review sales operations.
- Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures through store management. Managing workflow in conformity with ISO 9001:2008.
- Effective usage of management systems and tools.
- Managing YTD - MTD KPI reports analysis.
- Addressing challenges, issues and opportunities to the COO.
- Heading a team of 30 people including 3 section managers, 3 section supervisors and 24 employees with a 10 million dollars quota.
- Follow the budget in sales, margin, shrinkage, fees, rebates, and cash flow.
- Negotiate all internal rebates (promo area, top shelving, rentals…).
- Ensure synergy throughout store sections with the commercial department.
- Update on pricing request, as well as line-up review.
- Following up market displays as per suppliers guidelines.
