Directs the organization’s financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community by preforming the following duties.
• Oversee and direct treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, cash flow, purchasing, real estate, long-range forecasting and insurance activities for the organizations.
• Appraise the organizations financial position and issue periodic reports on financial stability, liquidity and growth.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, bankers and government bodies.
• Oversee and direct the preparation and issuance of the annual reports.
• Creating, reviewing and updating Company’s policies and procedures.

• Budgets, cash flow forecasts, P&L, Balance sheet and the accounting process for the establishment.
• Managing all the Bank negotiations, facilities and guarantees.
• Evaluate the financial position and issue periodic reports on financial stability, liquidity and growth.

Responsible for cash management, client accounts and transactions while ensuring quality service.
• Gather and analyze all information necessary to present a financing request for approval, visit sites, negotiate loan terms and conditions.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments timely and professionally.
• Promoted products or services to each customer to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Ensuring AML Compliance policies and KYC are met by communicating and reporting to senior management.
