My Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all Shoneez Branches services are available 24x7
• Review and monitor the Company infrastructure and identify improvements and make recommendations as necessary
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of disaster recovery procedures (DRP)
• Monitor our servers Windows & Linux based operating systems
• Monitor Network Operations Center (NOC) using various network, systems and security management tools and respond to alerts/incidents as necessary.
• Monitor and document various alerts including network latency, packet drops, outages, windows exchange server, and various service alerts (BES, file sharing etc.)
• Security Management Systems ( security camera- and see it over Internet)
• Monitor the E-commercial Systems and E-mail Marketing Servers in Windows and Red hat Servers
My Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot Tier 1-2 issues, including Active Directory, Exchange & HP Server and DNS related issues.
• Troubleshoot Patch and Backup issues, analyzing and isolating network events, and escalating when necessary.
• Track and support Network Change Control schedules and activities.
• Developing and assisting end users to access the incident management system to log incidents
• Prepare Computers and network for installing NVSsoft products
• Initial monitoring and analysis of the output from security devices such as IPS, malware alerts, firewall logs, proxy logs, system logs, and so on
My Key Responsibilities:
• Design, source, deploy and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure requirements for our offices and web hosting environment
• Manage data and infrastructure security through the use and regular audit of industry-leading firewall, antivirus and IPS solutions
• Take ownership of our web hosting environment to ensure 99.99% or higher website availability
• Analyze, optimize and report website traffic patterns to preempt upgrades when necessary
• Specialist knowledge of local applications
My Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing standard Desktop environment for newly acquired computers
• Assist the users in carrying out their normal day to day operations on the computers
• Assist new users in the usage of different normally used existing packages
• Set up and maintain an anti-virus measures on the network and all PCs connected on the network
• Ensure that the entire Desktop environment is maintained in a standard agreed form
• Support and assist in other projects/rollouts/initiatives support
• Advanced LAN management
Manage availability of applications, systems, and servers in various environments.
Write technical articles for the Knowledge Base and white papers
