• Review and approve the project schedule using the application of Primavera P6 Professional
• Identify the project deliverables, milestones, required tasks and targets to allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
• Identify the long lead items (equipment, product or system) at the earliest stage of a project that affect directly the overall time of the project.
• Review of manpower histogram, s-curve and material schedules.
• Reporting to the upper management (weekly and monthly reports) for the overall project.
• Coordination with all concerns to process engineering works on time as per the planned schedule, and resolve any problems, obstacles and conflicts.
• Monitoring and controlling the project schedule through Earned Value Analysis and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Monitoring and follow-up work progress for main contractor and subcontractors and conducting meetings regularly with them to resolve their issues at site.
• Analysis the project delay reasons (if any) and their impacts on time schedule.
• Analysis and approve the claims of EOT and VOs in accordance with the contract.
• Working as a team leader in the project.
• Overall supervision of the civil, structural and architectural works in the project in accordance with contract specifications and approved shop drawings.
• Follow up and control the work progress according to the approved time schedule.
• Evaluate the progress of performed works as weekly basis and reporting to planning management
• Attending the weekly meetings with the representatives of both the client and the contractor to discuss the delay reasons and how will be addressed to go back the approved schedule track.
• Coordination with disciplines engineers and under area manager supervision for matters related to structural, architectural and MEP works to execute the works as per the planned schedule, and resolve any problems (if any)
• Issue non-conformity report (NCR) for irregular works and guide the contractor to the corrective actions to ensure application of quality management system
• Reply on all works inspection requests (IRs) and material inspection requests (MIRs) which submitted by the contractor
• Reporting to upper management for the overall project.
• Supervision of construction, finishing phases as the following:
• Sub-Structural Works (footings, neck columns, retaining walls, grade beams, slab on grad), waterproofing…etc
• Super-Structural Works (columns, walls, stairs, beams, slabs…etc).
• Masonry Works.
• Finishing Works (plaster, flooring, false ceiling, cladding, marble, granite, paint… etc).
• Site Works (earth works, MEP networks system, hardscaping, landscaping, …etc).
• Follow up and update of projects’ progress.
