Running operations for a real estate team means I oversee a number of processes that keep everyone on track and new business coming in. I manage workflows around contact management, team branding, advertising listings, coordinating open houses/special events and random administrative projects that come up. A big part of my role is launching and managing the new listings we take on and this means getting all the paperwork signed and ensuring it’s compliant, coordinating the staging and photography, strategizing a marketing plan and creating assets for our print/online presence, tracking showing requests and property inquiries, keeping sellers updated on performance each week and then managing the transaction process through close of escrow.

Responsibilities:
Leasing & operations
• Work in conjunction with the Leasing Team to execute new and renewal leases to meet or exceed
objectives.
• Negotiate proposed lease amendments.
• Participate in the development of business plans and direct special projects to enhance tenant sales
productivity and center profitability.
Management, finance, and Operations
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and integrity of all areas of all buildings, systems, and equipment for all
property users.
Negotiate contract with service suppliers and contractors
• Be the primary point of contact for all owners, government, and tenant communications.
• Fulfill Manager-on-Duty rotation and manage day-to-day activities as necessary
• Prepare Business Plan, Budget, Financial report, sales, and rent report
• Monitor the collections of all rents and execute the appropriate collection process.
Create a maintenance department and manage it.
• Direct and supervise the activities of all employees (Administrative staff, Maintenance staff, and
Sales Team)

• Direct the day-to-day activities of leasing, operations (Rent, contract renew vacancies), accounting (R & E daily report, follow up dues payments) technical (work progress, solve problems …)
• Supervising staff, including management, leasing, purchasing, technical, maintenance, administration and generating a positive work environment insuring quality performance and retention of staff
• Responds to tenant’s needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly. Ensures that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, contractual obligations and standards.
• Approve all documentation, payments, invoices, SOs, quotations, contract, related to NAS Real Estate daily operations.
• Conduct daily meeting with Engineers to follow up the work progress at all the company project.
• Conduct weekly meetings with contractors and consultant to negotiate agreement and to enforce compliance with contracts in term of schedule, payments; ensuring compliance with governmental rules and regulations
• Overseeing the building constructions and operating contractors of the company project in Doha and in Dubai.

• To be the liaison between the sellers& buyer or Lessees &tenants
• To evaluate and examine the contract papers to ensure the verification and accuracy as well.
• To follow up the deal till closure (registration, contract signature, payment key handover…)
• To collect the company’s commission from the client and coordinate with accounts and administrative department for all the legal issues
