BTS Company is an authorized distributer of Samsung Mobiles/Tablets business in additional to an authorized distributer of VIVA Operator services. I’m driving retail operations of both Samsung products & VIVA Services towards improvements in maximizing the value & quality performance & controlling the operational costs.
Moreover; I’m handling the retail operations, service centers, purchasing, logistics and the business expansion plan for both the retail operations & the products categories.
• Involved in acquisition of new branches plus developing existing stores.
• Inspiring and motivating staff to increase sales plus coaching, challenging & supporting them.
• Involved in the setting forecast, budget & commissions scheme.
• Oversee each store location and monitor and report on performance.
• Identifying and delivering all relevant / appropriate opportunities.
• Sourcing for new products categories locally & globally.
• Implement a retail plan for my area in line with company strategy.
• Involving in managing products, campaign & promotions.
• Involved in the recruitment and mentoring of new staff.
• Directs retail operations of Electronics Showrooms
• Managing the retail projects from conception through to successful completion.
• Setting guidelines process, policies, forming strategies and sales goals.
• Hiring, managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.

• Organizing special promotions, displays and events.
• Enhancing and ensuring standards (quality, customer service, process…etc) are met at all times.
• Interviewing potential staff, KPI and organizing training and development.
• Monitoring the operations performance of 14 electronics showrooms.

• Plans and schedules the daily work flow and coordinates with other areas as required to ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory deadlines.
• Develops, analyses and prepares reports, records and performance monitoring mechanisms informing management of operational activities.
• Provides training and staff development processes.
• Implements and executes employee relations policies, training programs and various other human resources programs and policies.

• Implementation of marketing aspects and monthly campaigns.
