• Control hold and release of final products based on the compatibility of the product with PepsiCo
Standards.
• Insure plant compatibility with GMPs, personnel hygiene and HACCP requirements.
• Provides daily/shift brief session regarding GMP's and personnel hygiene to the entire quality personnel and ensure compliance.
• Initiate corrective action reports and variance for issues related to manufacturing process and follow up on the execution of the actions.
• Share in monthly AIB internal audits insuring complying with all AIB five categories and responsible for closing all observation and requested corrective actions.
• Responsible for validation and compliance of GMPs, GLPs, CCPs and OPRP’s for all lines according to desired frequency (Daily, weekly, monthly …etc.)
• Handling customer complaints with initiation of needed corrective action and follow up on it’s execution.
• Manages a shift of line chemists and quality technicians and the quality laboratory operations.
• Provides support and coaching for shop floor teams for day to day activities.
• Organizes workflow and task schedules to maximize line chemists and quality technicians work efficiency.
• Performs weekly records audits to ensure accuracy of data recording and reporting.
