As IT administrator my job is to ensure that my customers experience minimum downtime of services provided whilst using Research and development to proffer solutions that are valuable to the company. My responsibilities include Help desk management, Setup & Network management for various sites, Automated desktop setup, Installation & Maintenance of PBX & video conference systems and also supervision of ISP fibre and radio termination for Internet connectivity and also reporting of incident management to identify and mitigate recurrent issues
