• Install and Configure Networks.
• Windows (File Server) administrator, Manage Database.
• Provide direct support to users across the organization, include helping set up hardware or software, diagnosing connectivity or data access problems.
• Helping users access shared drives and devices.
• Provide remote assistance and troubleshooting using SCCM
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Dealing with Ericsson central.
• Dealing with Citrix.
o Monitor and summarize system generated payment information to aid in the barring/debarring of post paid lines with account due.
o Contact new post-paid clients to welcome them and confirm their personal information data.
o Customer care and customer affairs (receive, check and take care of contracts for new subscribers).
o Verify if a prospective client was previously black listed before approving new subscription.
o Activate new lines and convert existing lines with requested features in the most efficient manner.
o Report alarming complaints to the Supervisor.
o Solve the CRM system cases by approving or rejecting any requested feature on the customer line in high quality.
o Data entry team leader - Receive and distribute contracts to Data Entry Staff for further approval or rejection based on policy terms and conditions, Monitor work flow responsibility and see to it that staff assignments are carried out efficiently, Prepare daily report on processed contracts. Activate approved contracts and notify Sales Department regarding the rejections for follow up.
o Inform and remind subscribers about late invoices.
o Contact delinquent customers, encourage them to settle overdue accounts and negotiate payment options.
