Responsibilites:
• Prepare and Implement project quality plan and assure that quality system shall be efficient enough to
client satisfaction.
• Review Testing documents (FAT & SAT) and sampling products, ensuring they meet set standards and
specifications.
• Arranged the internal training staff members on the quality control processes and policies.
• Preparation and submission of monthly quality management report to client for review and approval.
• To implement QA/QC procedures following schedule Q, test inspection plan for project, and ensure that
work is been done as per IFC drawings.
• Conduct and participate in quality management review meetings.
• Review and approval of sub-contractor & supplier project quality plan, procurement plan and other
quality documents.
• Participating in supplier kick off meeting after issuance of purchase order to make sure that
procurement quality procedures and inspection requirements shall be well followed.
• Review and approval of Inspection Assignment Package (IAP) before submission to client.
• Conducting and participating the scheduled audits as per schedule Q and provides the resolution for
audit findings and reporting to client.
• Prepare ITP and inspection checklist and get approval from consultant prior to execution of
construction.
• Making sure that the quality documents as ITP, checklist, Method statement and standards are clearly
setup and are communicated within the company.
• Review and approve monthly QA/QC report.
• Handling QA/QC engineers of various discipline throughout project i-e from design up to commissioning
of project.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
• Monitor the works in progress, conduct preliminary inspections of completed work prior to requesting
the attendance of the clients and shall control corrective actions.
• Monitoring on a day-to-day basis company projects complaints with the approved quality plan.
