• Inspect piping systems, pressure vessels, boilers, tanks, and other
mechanical equipment. Check weld quality, dimensions, material
traceability, and surface conditions. Perform fit-up and alignment checks
for mechanical assemblies.
• Ensure equipment and installation meet applicable codes and
standards. Reviewand verify engineering drawings, datasheets, and
material certificates (MTCs). Check conformance with project
specifications and client requirement.
• Conduct and witness NDT activities (PT, UT, MT, VT). Interpret NDT result in
collaboration with certified technician.
• Shutdown & Maintenance Support. Inspect mechanical components during
plant shutdowns and turnarounds. Identify wear, corrosion, cracking, or
damage on equipment such as tubes, headers, joints, and fuel gas lines.
Recommend repair or replacement and verify post-maintenance quality.
• Prepare detailed inspection report with findings, photos, and
recommendations. Maintain inspection logs, punch lists, and NCRs (Non
Conformance Reports). Verify completion of QA/QC documentation for
Mechanical works.
• Witness hydrostatic/pneumatic tests, valve testing, and flange
management. Monitor mechanical completion and supportpre
commissioning activities.
• Coordination and Supervision. Liaise with engineers, construction
supervisors, and contractors. Monitor work progress and ensure timely
completion of inspection tasks.
• Ensure all inspection activities followsafety protocols specially on hot
works and confined space. Identify and report unsafe conditions or
equipment failures

• Conduct inspection andverification of completeness of test package
documents (e.g., P&ID, isometric drawings, test limits, line list, weld
map).

• Work with engineers regarding model accuracy, design, drafting

• Examine and check engineering drawings for compliancewith sited
specifications.
• Preparation of detailed drawings, spools drawings using company
program and software ISO Builder and Auto CAD for issuance in
fabrication shop.
• Preparation of fabrication drawings in accordancewith project
requirements and pre-established engineering

• Plan and implement scheduled maintenance programs for plant
equipment and utilities.
• Develop and maintain maintenance checklists, job cards, and PM routines.
• Monitor and analyze equipment condition.
• Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of equipment and
machinery.
• Supervise the repair and the replacement of equipment.
• Coordinate calibration and testing of safety devices, sensors, and
instruments.
• Measure and record daily activities andtime utilization of each
maintenance technician using standardized time log sheets.
• Track actual working hours, idle time, standby periods, andjob
completion time against assigned tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data collection through verification with
team leads or supervisors.
• Create and secure daily maintenance activity log sheets summarizing
assigned tasks, work completed unfinished jobs with remarks, any delays
or downtime reasons.
• Submit daily report and weekly report to supervisor.
• Report to supervisor for daily activities.

standards.
• Prepare site reports, progress and documentation required for boiler
certification or renewal of fitness.

• Review and familiarize with fabrication drawings, shop details, and
project requirements prior to execution.
• Identify operational priorities by evaluating project objectives such as
efficiency, cost control, safety, and environmental considerations.
• Prepare detailed work schedules aligned with project timelines and
budgeted manhours.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (Quality Assurance, Design
Engineering, and Logistics) for technical clarifications, materials,
consumables, and fabrication requirements.
• Arrange withdrawal and availability of required materials from the
warehouse to support scheduled activities.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers, including fabrication,
maintenance, and repair activities.
• Conduct and participate in daily toolbox meetings to discuss safety,
work plans, and manpower allocation.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company and
safety standards throughout operations.
• Monitor ongoing fabrication and production activities to ensure
adherence to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Track manpower and record daily manhours for productivity analysis
and reporting.
• Monitor daily output of personnel to ensure alignment with detailed
schedules and budgeted manhours.
