 Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management and fulfill the customer needs.
 Prepared weekly/monthly reports/analysis on Material Procurement including customers in Asia, Europe, South America & North America
 Managed the process from identification of potential suppliers (foreign, local)/freight forwarders, request for quotations, negotiation, recommendation and final award of purchase orders of equipment, parts, consumables, and services
 Review all Material Request Forms received from the Customer and assign them to the purchasing agents in order to be processed.
 Monitor, Review and evaluate all quotes received from approved suppliers
 Preparing Purchase orders, Receiving, Invoicing, Receiver reconciliation, Binning units, uploading documentation, Invoice Posting, etc. using Quantum Control.
 Logistics management using Air Freight and Sea Freight.
 Sending RFQ to shipping agents for getting freight charges for import and export.
 Receiving and inspecting Aircraft Parts, Binning, Pre Delivery Inspection and Quality Checks of aviation Parts.
 DG Shipment Handling.
 Be on call (AOG) during days off whenever is requested by the Manager.
