o Worked together with Projects Development Manager and guidance from the Chairman of the Board. From initial conceptual stage until the construction phase.
o Developed the concept, plan and design of the project.
o Coordinated with designers, consultant and contractors.
o Approved by the Urban Planning Council and Building Code Officials and is currently in construction stage, and to be handed over by 2019.
• A construction company that specializes in designing and building residential and commercial landscape, waterfeatures and swimming pools.
• Worked closely with chief designer in preparing conceptual and detailed design.
• Communicated with clients needs and requirements.
o Create 3d models and renderings on a very limited time, based on designer's concept, for design concept and visualization.
o Meet with clients for feedback and comments.
o Prepare high quality rendering for client's presentation and marketing purposes.
o Create architectural detailed drawings for submission to municipality and engineering consultants.
o Prepare initial Bill of Quantities for construction cost estimate.
o Coordinate with colleagues for distribution of work load with other team members.
