I work also as a concierge agent like answering the guests inquires and fulfill their needs in case if they want to make trips in Jordan or if they want to arrange cars to go for shopping with the highest standard of hospitality; also I Make and oversee all the hotel online reservations are stored in our hotel system and contacts the guests before they arrive to the hotel to confirm their reservations and taking notes.
