The natural gas Suzhou Huangshan Trunk Line Chaohu Jiangbei Industrial Concentration Area Trunk Line Project and County Bid Section Pipeline Construction Project have a total length of 121.8km, design pressure of 6.3MPa, pipe diameter of DN600, including 15 directional drills and 33 pipe jacking crossings.
This project is a raw material supporting project for the Fenggu Rumei Copper Mine in Jintengke, Congo. The construction of a production line with a daily output of 600 tons of quicklime has a total investment of 33 million dollars, including project approval, design, procurement, construction and trial operation. The construction period is one year.
1. Under the leadership of the General Manager, the Cambodian Project Management Department shall be established through consultation with relevant departments.
2. Take full responsibility for project construction, production, operation and management.
3. Implement the company's quality policy and quality objectives, lead the project planning, formulate the project quality objectives and the management responsibilities of the Project Management Department, and ensure the realization of the quality objectives.
4. Organize various resources to complete the construction contract of this project, and control the project quality, construction progress, and safe and civilized construction.
5. Preside over the regular project meeting to organize, command, supervise and adjust the whole production and operation activities of the project.
6. Handle the external relations related to the project and sign relevant contracts and other management authorities as the corporate principal, and be responsible to the general manager.
1. To be responsible for the engineering construction management of the long-distance pipeline project of the Sino Xue Line;
2. Be responsible for the development, planning, scientific research demonstration, engineering design management, engineering bidding, engineering construction management and the operation and maintenance management of the whole system of the Company's LNG project and branch pipeline;
3. Be responsible for coordinating and handling relevant government formalities before project startup;
4. Be responsible for project construction management of downstream customer market in long-distance pipeline area;
5. Formulate annual, monthly and weekly project construction plans, coordinate all construction work in a planned, measured and reasonable manner, and ensure that all work requirements of project construction management are strictly implemented in accordance with relevant provisions of the contract;
6. Organize and coordinate various matters in the project implementation, assign and guide the work tasks of professional engineers in the Engineering Department, and timely coordinate and solve various technical problems;
7. Go deep into the construction site, inspect the construction in strict accordance with the design drawings, technical standards, specifications and standards, and do a good job in project acceptance and evaluation;
8. Organize the design, supervision, construction, decoration and other units to participate in the work coordination meeting, and coordinate and solve various problems during the project implementation on behalf of Party A;
9. Prepare fund plan and reasonably arrange the use of project funds;
10. Review project archives and organize special acceptance within the scope of Party A.
11. Be responsible for the formulation, work summary and analysis of the department's work plan, and ensure that all work is carried out according to the plan;
12. Be responsible for the performance appraisal of the employees of the department, and achieve the consistency between the employee performance and the department's organizational performance objectives;

2. Reasonably dispatch resources, control project cost, and achieve project operation and management objectives.
3. Be responsible for preparing project implementation plan, coordinating resources, promoting project implementation as planned, and delivering implementation results on time and with quality.
4. Be responsible for the development and maintenance of customer relations, and assist the company in commercial work.
5. Be responsible for cross department and external coordination and handling of project related matters.
6. Be responsible for formulating and organizing the internal assessment and ability improvement of project members.
7. Responsible for the maintenance of project document system and knowledge sharing. Perform other work assigned by the company or superior.
The crude oil pipeline construction project from Khartoum Refinery to Port Sudan has a total length of 500km, design pressure of 10MPa, pipe diameter of DN800, including 10 directional drills and 7 off load stations.
