Responsible for ensuring that all personnel remain safe and secure whilst within the OTI Training center and fire ground. Act as the company representative at the Training Centre and as a focal point for all visitors Preparation of instructor course manuals to gain accreditations from various accredited bodies.
Investigate any complaints from students or instructional stuff and attempt to achieve resolution of any dispute. Activate mutual assistance plan in the event of any emergency. In conjunction with the senior instructors, generate a training matrix for instructors' development. Prepare up to date risk assessments covering tasks and courses conducted on the fire ground. Attend regular planning meetings with office and Training Centre stuff. Delivery of specified training courses including where necessary translation Assist company Country Manager in the preparation of Cap Ex and Op Ex budget for training facilities and equipment. Attend Quarterly Performance Reviews with major clients when required. Attend six monthly OPITO TPAG meetings. Travel on behalf of the company either to deliver courses or to hold meetings with existing or potential clients and find out about their training needs.

Undertaking Safety Courses (Working at heights and Scafolding Awareness, PTW especially designed for Performing Authority, Control of Substances Hazardous for Health Awareness, Train the Trainer on subject of H2S) on the BTC Pipeline Project, Tbilisi (Georgia), Baku and regions of Azerbaijan.
