Direct reporting to General Manager for daily operation concerns.
• Managed the overall HR concerns such as determining manpower requirements and facilitate recruitment;
payroll processing; benefit concerns (vacation salary and indemnity); conducting performance reviews and
disciplinary action.
• Responsible in VISA application, cancellation, and renewal and SIO related concerns.
• Performed all administrative duties, maintaining office files and records and compiling office activities, business
transactions and other related tasks.
Manages the overall provision of Human Resource services, policies, and programs for the entire company
which includes: recruiting and staffing; organizational planning and development; performance management;
employee orientation, development and training; employee relation; policy development and documentation;
compensation and benefit administration and resolving employee’s grievances.
• Responsible in VISA application, cancellation, and renewal and SIO related concerns.
• Act as a point of contact for all employees providing administrative support and managing their queries which
include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing
company records, maintaining company calendar, schedule appointments and arrange travel and
accommodation as required.
• Undertake general clerical and administrative tasks to support the employees as required.
Responsible in designing and implementing recruiting strategies in bring clients and meeting sales deadlines.
