As the finance manager of Nabulsi Sweets, I advanced the corporation structure and accounting team, enhanced the bookkeeping by following IFRS, and I will be able to implement full accounting and POS system.
Re-setting up the accounting department.
Restarting and replacing the old chart of accounts so can easily extract and reconcile the accounts.

In this role, I drove the company for expansion through selling franchise in all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to increase its market share and enter new markets.
Account Payable: By paying and reconciling vendor's accounts after checking the required documents.
Account Receivable: Following with customers about the due amount to be paid on time.
Inventory: Controlling and recording the inventory over WA method so, the stock list will be ready at the end of the year for auditing purpose.
General Ledger: Record all transactions between subsidiary companies and supervise other's transaction to be recorded on time and correctly.
Payroll: Supervise the process of payroll to record them timely and reconcile the concerned accounts.
Banking: Reconcile the bank statement with ours, prepare bank position report and follow up with the banker for our issue like, LC, LG, Loan, Statement.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profitability margin.
Analyze actual expenses against budgeted targets and identify areas for cost optimization.
Closing the fiscal year by preparing the auditing requirement.

The main Duties as follow:
** Accounts Payable :-
Paying to the vendors their due invoices after matching their statement with ours for our company and the subsidiary.
** General Ledger :-
Passing the entry related to the company, in addition the prepaid and accrual entries.
** Assisting Chief Accountant in closing the financial on monthly basis.
** Handling the company assets by recording the Depr. and any additional.
** Prepare the bank position in daily basis.
** Controlling the accounts for all staff.
The main Duties as follow:
** Prepare and arrange the invoices to / from vendor and customer.
** Entering any information to Excel.
** Reconcile the accounts.
** Issuing cheques.
