PROJECT NAME : : Al-Zubair Public Housing Complex (30 Housing buildings, Mosque, Mall, Schools, kindergarten, Plantroom and Hospital building)

POSITION IN COMPANY : SITE MANIGER FOR 4 BULDING (G+5 FLOOR )
WORK DESECRIPTION :
• Site inspection for civil works, which includes structural & finishing works and ensure that the work is as per the Project Specifications and issued for construction drawing/ final approved drawings from authorities.
• Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.
• Issuing site instructions against violations at site.
• Issuing NCR against defect works and their follow up.
• Monitor the progress of work with respect to the Master Program.
• Contractor’s submittals reviewing, Sub-contractor’s prequalification documents, material submittals, method statements, technical documents, shop drawings, etc...
• Rich knowledge in finishing standards & quality control.
• Making productivity Reports and analyzing.
• Ensure that all the works are going without wastage of material.

• Time scheduling

• Ensure quality of building materials, concrete, etc. through various tests.

• Coordination with sub-contractors for the smooth flow of work.

• Conversant with architectural and structural drawings.

• Daily and weekly reporting and updating time schedule.

• Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.

• Making productivity Reports and analyzing.

• Ensure that all the works are going without wastage of material
