compile and edit reports obtained from program staff for submission to IRI’s Washington DC office and/or to donors;
•Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems to measure impact and effectiveness of IRI Jordan programs;
•Travel to various parts of Jordan as necessary to conduct program follow-up, reporting, monitoring and evaluation;
•Monitor and evaluate the performance of IRI and partner organization activities, identifying successes and failures and recommending program adjustments accordingly;
•Assist in research for IRI Jordan publications, proposals and other documentation;
•Assist in the development of success stories and any other external communication material which highlight the programmatic gains of the IRI Jordan programs;
•Manage SMS and other social media platforms for external communication with IRI partners and the general public, and
•Any other duties assigned to support the monitoring and evaluation department or other IRI work in Jordan.

follow-up on filling service desk calls log by the service desk team properly and make sure that all calls are being closed
•Response to user needs and questions regarding network access
