• Lead planning. Designing & enabling project execution for development of 5500 acres constituting of 3500 acres of airport & 2000 acres of Airport city development
• Lead development of site suitability analysis, land use, & density Planning, ownership & urban fabric management, transit & transportation networks planning along with, open space services and amenities mapping & development.
• Ensure context sensitive development based on available facilities and infrastructure, and present various developmental alternatives for enabling management decisions.

• Develop feasible project considering all constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget to develop plan & design optimal for the airport
• Prepare & presentations all relevant reports including master plan report, action plan reports, MIS reports, Project status report, strategic development plan report, etc.
• Liaising with multiple internal & external stakeholders including clients, Government agencies & consultants for effective planning & execution and for meeting all compliance requirements.

-Comprehend, Plan & design for new airport facilities along with for improvements, like terminal expansion, runway and taxiway improvements, roadway improvements and development of support facilities Urban Infrastructure like cargo terminals, aircraft rescue & fire fighting, fuel farm, airport- maintenance facilities, etc.
- Assessing the need for expansion input to projects and recommended level of involvement to match the complexity/ risk/ cost of the project with the aim of maximizing resource efficiency
Working with Airport Stakeholder Services to identify asset replacement needs and refurbishment capital requirements
Support Commercial team with the Commercial space planning within the Terminal & retail planning for the Landside spaces.
Determining investment requirements for new infrastructure and ensured these are incorporated into capital spend plans
Ensuring value engineering during design stage for optimization of cost before project initiation at site.
Client Relationship Management
• Handling overall work related to preparation aswell as maintainance of an up to date Strategic Development Plan for the Airport
• Deftly assessed requirements for new infrastructure/facility and provided assistance to respective Department for incorporation in their Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Successfully drafted the Revised Master Plan for the Hyderabad International Airport which was submitted to Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), India
• Pivotal in developing:
o Aviation SEZ (290 Acres) at GMR Hyderabad International Airport (Master Plan preparation & Assist for Project implementation)
o Logistic SEZ (250 Acres) at GMR Hyderabad International Airport (Master Plan preparation & Assist for Project implementation)
o Aerotropolis (1000 Acres) at GMR Hyderabad International Airport (development of walk through concept, Master Plan preparation etc.)
• Drafted project briefs for initiation & implementation including defining the scope of work for inviting proposal from Consultant & Contractors & negotiations
• Administered all Master Planning Initiatives for GMR Hyderabad International Airport
• Demonstrated excellecne in conducting Airport Facility Audit for developing compliance Matrix as per standards like AAI, ICAO, FAA and IATA
• Credited with Best Employee Award for independently accomplishing the master plan for Hyderabad Airport
