Assigned at main country Office to Supports projects within country and outside for various construction and commissioning contracts remain responsible to support to site project team (reporting to Country manager). Major responsibility to support various project site in terms of project execution support for their services to progress for support service in terms of procurement, additional service support contracts from vendors within and
outside
region.
Develop Subcontractors scope of works;

Lead and support project planning, manpower estimation for project bidding
To liaise with COMPANY in the process of the Technical Queries / Deviation Requests;
To manage capital procurement for ongoing project as well plan for upcoming project from imitation to
closing of materials flow and project progress.
Support for new business proposal and development with new / existing client in region.
Successfully evaluated and concluded project bidding for LPG transshipment project at Russia, H2
recovery project at EU, Petrochemical project utilities upgrade at Russia, OIL and gas project at west
Kazakhstan ( KGDBN- brownfield), various project for Luke oil outside Russian federation.
As a contractor technical manager coordinated with various JV NOCs for onshore and offshore shutdown management as contactor representative responsible for manpower management / spares and material
preparation, execution support and supervision etc. ( NCOC, TCO, KPO etc.)
Senior Project Operation Engineer (Thermal Engineering support for EOR / oil and gas as well power projects)
Project: Associated with project team for EOR (enhance oil recovery) - Qarn Alam Steam Injection Project with project outlay of USD 1.6 billion. From 2012 - Work as Lead Operations supports SME for Operations and projects as well. Oversee detailed design engineering in conjunction with EPC contractor, engineering subcontractors, and suppliers from concept stage selection for other capital investment project. Provide operations input to the project based on practical hands-on experience. Lead all engineering reviews as SME during project phase like DR, HAZOPs IPS, QRAs, RBI, RCM as well operational analysis review etc. Train and mentor team members so that they can take on responsibilities during the plant’s operational phase. As SME - Led CSR, FEED, BFD as well detailed engineering for RHIP, Amal, Yibal-khuff, Qarn Alam Phase 3 projects for co-gen/EOR and power plant.
• Ensured that operations and maintenance procedures are in accordance with the best practice. Directed the complete erection and co-ordination of interface units with existing gas turbine installation, new project interface design with existing project delivery. Developed operation and maintenance manuals in conjunction with EPC, prepare SLAs with various interface parties arrange Long term service agreement with OEMs.
• Worked as subject matter expert for detailed engineering design of upcoming EOR project and CO-gen utility project. (7500 K USD). Successfully completed front end engineering of various co-gen project (RHIP / Amal ph. 1 and 2 EOR project on downstream of power generation GE Fr. 9FA / Yibal Khuff power generation integrated project etc.) as well cooling tower (80 MW capabilities for oil cooling)
• Specific assignment to prepare local talent to prepare for new design of EOR E&P operations at project stage. During early asset operation mentored field production leads as well delivery team leaders for plant operation.
• Led complete project completion planning after engineering / construction completion, so as to achieve successful plant handover starting mechanical completion of project.
• Managed and independently executed plant O&M upgrade, HAZOPs, RBI, RCM, reliability reports after 10 years of plant operations.
• Delivered multiple Ops and additional new capital project from CSR, BFD as well FEED prior to tender release. On cycle ahead ensured project objectives are achieved till asset handover.
• Coordinated complete asset integrity management from scope development till live program initiation till completion.
• Nominated for “Contracting and procurement support” from Technical ops group for major LTSA of EOR as SME. Worked on various LTSA as well some project prepared for short terms maintenance contracts were approved.
• After initial plant operations experience executed stores inventory upgrades on Min/ Max on consumables upgrades on major spares.
• Upgraded plant CAPEX project proposal / investment planning / execution etc. (year 2014 - total investment planned for 3000 K USD phased in three years as well year 2015 - 3500 K USD / 2016 - 40000 K USD, 2017 - 8000 K USD.
• Nominated for individual technical award for QAS - integrity upgrade project optimization
• As SME had an opportunity to support SHELL refinery expansion project within EU utility process improvement and upgrade.
• Commissioned and operated on continuous basis 13E2 type eight gas turbine units, with optimum manpower. (Total Capacity 1200MW) at Qatar Electricity And Water Co. Also experienced in operation of GE / BHEL make multi fuel Gas Turbines at Reliance Industries Ltd and Gujarat Industrial Power Co. worked for 110 /210 MW cap. Thermal power plant and different cap. Steam turbines of various make like BHEL / SKODA etc.
• Managed Fuel gas treatment / Fuel gas compressor station and its supply distribution network. ( max flow cap 300000 cub.mtr /hour)
• Handled adjoining waste heat recovery units for steam production and associated auxiliaries.
• Managed five desalination units and water treatment plants with total capacity of 6500 cubic m / hr
• Operated associated system like Sea Water Supply System of 100000 cub m / hrs. Handled installation and service of air supply network.
• Maintained power and desalination station HVAC system/ instrumentation and service air system.
• Carried out electrical isolation up to 220 KV.
• Managed hypo-chloride generation facility based on Electro chlorine generation.
• Managed gas compressor station comprises of five units, each having 45000 nm3/hr cap. - ATLAS COPCO MAKE.
• Commissioned gas turbine system after project completion and major overhaul.
• Commissioned entire water treatment plant and conducted performance tests.

I have worked with maint. Department and was responsible for maintenance of various plants and its all equipments.-
• Five product manufacturing plants (Sodium hydrosulphite/ safolyte / sefolyne / sulphure dioxide / Thyonile Chloride / Chlorine etc)
• Complete Utility department ( which includes - boilers / refrigeration system / cooling towers / air compressors / chilled water circulation system)
• Fabrication workshop / maint workshop for repair of shafts and bearing preparation.
• Liaison with govt. authorities for approval of high pressure system and electrical system
Major Achievements
Designed and commissioned complete air cooling system for confined space based on chilled water system for product drying process. After completion of project overhaul production efficiency was increased by 35 %.
Participated in design conference of automatic packaging system for hygroscopic products.

• Worked on deputation for various state electricity boards power station and successfully operated 210 MW thermal power stations.
Major Achievements
I was considered to be one of the core team member for fault finding and rectification process of thermal power station. As a part of Operation team member, I had found out major leakages in cooling water and boiler tubing system.
