Electrical Service Engineer :
Industrial UPS Engineer \[full time\]
Responsibilities:1- carry out planned preventative maintenance and repair on
the company's range of UPS systems.
2-Problem solving and Fault Finding (UPS-Stabilizers).
3-UPS&Stabilizers commissioning.
4- UPS battery replacement.
5-Providing excellent customer service on site
6 -supporting the team in working with engineers to develop detailed and creative
solutions to complex problems, while keeping a watchful eye on timelines and
costs.
7 -Developing and maintaining a good working relationship across all levels
in the organization.
8-Member of on-call rotation to support after hours event response.
9-Liaising with the Service Manager to ensure Service & Repairs are
delivered on time
Renewable Energy Engineer\[Part time\]
Responsibilities: 1-Design, model, and review renewable energy and
energy efficiency projects.
2-Monitor & control projects schedules, budget, and risks running.
3-Direct, support and follow up with junior team members on the open actions.
4-Conduct and organize site visits.
5- Expand present work and develop new business through searching for new
opportunities and developing relationships with clients and partners.
Sales Engineer \[Part time\]
Responsibilities: 1-Searching for new clients.
2-Submission of reports covering every visit to the management.
3-Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and
interpreting their requirements;
4-Persuading clients that a product best satisfies their needs in terms of quality,
price and delivery.
5-Preparing samples, technical and official documents for getting
approvals of materials for project.
6-Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and aftersales
support services.
* Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing
and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
Confirms system's and components' capabilities by designing testing methods;
testing properties.
Develops electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching and
testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for
building and assembling electrical components; soliciting observations from
operators.
