• Reported to the Group Director, led a team of 70 and supervised the execution of Lusail City project - the flagship project of Qatari Diar, a self-contained and comprehensively planned city. Managed two major packages valued at QAR 6 billion completing and delivering them on time.
• Coordinated design review, preparation of construction plans, review of construction progress, approval of progress reports and presentations to senior management.
• Assessed project risks at various stages of execution and recommended mitigation plans.
• Provided technical support for rock revetments of manmade islands, waterways lagoons and related structures, large coffer dams, large undersea tunnels for utilities & LRT, seawalls and jetties.

• Package 1 (Value USD 2 billion) - Highways, highway structures & street lighting; a large 13 km concrete underwater tunnel for housing the utilities of the Marina district of the city - Power transmission & distribution systems including 66/11 KV primary & 11/0.4 KV secondary substations, telecommunication & ELV systems, potable water systems including reservoirs & pumping stations, wastewater and storm water systems including holding tanks, pumping stations and sea outfalls, irrigation systems including storage tanks, pumping stations and distribution networks, district cooling system with chilling towers & networks and solid waste management system.
• Package 2 (Value QAR 2 billion) - 4 high class luxury underground car parks with 3 basements each for parking 2000+ cars.
