-Prepare the budget for the upcoming year using Hyperion Oracle and Budget models
- Ensure department directors meet budget submission deadlines
- Manage the organization's budget projections, formulation, and review
- Present annual budgets to the Executive and Sector Head
- Design effective budget models for departments and the entire organization to control all expenditures (OPEX and CAPEX) to ensure compliance with the budget and control of spending.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting of monthly/annual data.
- Analyze financial information (e.g. revenues and expenditures) to ensure all operations are within budget.
-Monitor costs and conduct all analyses required to identify risks and opportunities and propose the appropriate actions.
-Design effective budget models for payroll, bonuses, and incentives.
- Report actual and budgeted performance and perform variance analysis.
- Suggest spending improvements that increase profits
- Design and implement effective budgeting policies and procedures

AS a Budget Controller, the Job role is divided into two main sections:

Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting:
-Prepare the budget for the upcoming year using Hyperion Oracle and Budget models
- Ensure department managers meet budget submission deadlines
- Manage the organization's budget projections, formulation, and review
- Present annual budgets to the Director and CFO

Operations:

- Analyze customer files and assess risk.
- Ensure loans comply with bank policy during daily operations
- Manage the credit decision process to ensure the credit decision quality and efficiency.
- Assess and approve more than 800 file in month with a variety kinds of retail products such as Personal loans, Car loans, Credit Cards (Secured and Unsecured).
- Use Credit scoring system (FICO) while approving files.
- Handles the exceptional approval decision for daily retail unsecured products.
- Identify fraud through daily handling.
- Ensures portfolio maintenance by monitoring and contacting with delayed clients.
- Perform statistical and analytical reviews each month to monitor and control loans portfolio
- Provides support to the regional and division managers for reporting tasks.

- Perform analytical review of audit documents
- Review client accounting and operating procedures and systems of internal control
- Identify accounting and auditing issues; perform research to solve issues that arise
- Prepare financial statement reports and documentation supporting Deloitte’s audit opinions.
