1. Technical Support:
1.1. Build the training for Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, and Social Workers: • assess the needs and the demands in term of skills development for Physiotherapists and Occupational therapists in the West Bank
• Build training components.
• Draft the ToR for the physiotherapy, occupational therapy consultants, and Social
Workers who are going to implement the training
• Identification for local consultants on the clinical supervision.
1.2. Promote the implementation of the user centered approach: • Build the training module on the User Centered Approach for rehabilitation
professionals and managers.
• Develop appropriate tools to help service provider identifying their needs on the user
centered approach.
• Implement training on the user centered approach, access to social services, and
UNCRPD.
• Support the establishment of the User Centered approach Steering committee.
• Provide technical support for the work of the steering committee.
1.3. Develop and support the Assistive devices leasing systems in the West Bank.
• Build the training module for 25 OTs and Rehabilitation workers to identify
appropriate assistive devices for PWDs
• Technical validation of the purchase of assistive devices for partners.
• Technical support for the technical staff workers in the leasing systems.
• Follow up, monitoring, reports review.
• Help and support partners to develop their referral networking in the west bank.
2. Coordination with the technical resources unit in HI-ME
• Launch and set up project's quality approach in terms of realization and impact.
• Identify any technical or documentary resources or additional skills for guaranteeing the quality of the project.
• Participate in capitalizing on the association's experience gained on the project.
3. Coordination
• Participate in coordination at the Disability Sub cluster and other Coordination
bodies
