-To ensure that project design requirements are properly planned and fully covered.
-To ensure that project presentation is prepared in a representative within the available timeframe.
-Assure the quality of printing and wrapping in coordination with the senior and design architect.
-Undertake the project requirements and asks for instructions for the design strategy from the HOD.
-Prepares report about the site conditions and topography .
-Assists in initiating projects concept design in coordination with the HOD
-Calls for meetings with project design team and assigns tasks to designated team members.
-Coordinates and supervises every discipline of the project design team ( design, rendering and model making).
-Develops design concept and establishes plans, elevations and sections.
-Responsible in preparing the total presentation package of the clients.
-Reviews presentation package with the HOD.
-At times upon needed, gets involved in preparing presentation drawings.
-Supervises the final fine tuning, packaging and transporting of design projects to clients.
-At times, presents projects to clients.
-Brief HOD about presentations to clients and writes meeting notes.
-Responsible of filing and documentation of projects documents during design stage.
-Responsible of assuring that the design concept is not affected negatively during the technical development stage.
