IT Manager:-
Reporting directly to Group IT Director.
Duties and responsibilities: -
• Managing IT projects including infrastructure, Network upgrade by adapting the latest technologies in the IT market.
• Managing and maintaining IT operations including Servers, Network, Backup & Storage, CCTV system for different sites.
• Preparing and managing IT budget for the proposed projects.
• Managing OPEX, CAPEX budget for IT Operations and IT Projects and sitting goals for forecasted IT Projects.
• Managing vendors and suppliers AMCs, Contracts and SLAs, SLO for all IT systems and software’s.
• Leading IT operation team including SMC, SOC, NOC teams.
• Directing technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
• Preparing an “End of year” presentation for the senior management team to showcase the newly implemented technologies and its positive effect on the business.
• Analyzing gaps in the business process and recommend the best IT practices according to the ITIL set of standards
• Implementing IT cybersecurity world best practices to be in line with the latest world cybersecurity solutions in the IT market

Reporting directly to Service delivery manager SDM & collaborating with other IT team Members.
Duties and responsibilities: -
Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager. Enhancing Operation according
to ITIL set of concepts and practices.
• Provide LT / desktop support, Support and maintain MS Server/Desktops and MS Exchange, Setting up and
configuring new laptops and desktops, Install authorized software to laptops and desktops.
• Escalate IT issues to the IT Manager where necessary, Responsible for managing backups, tape rotation
Diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
• Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software when needed ensuring all software purchased
licensing is recorded and maintained Exchange server mailbox maintenance including archiving mailboxes.
• Ensure adequate antivirus protection & solutions are maintained and updated.
• Ensuring that support calls are logged and handled effectively and efficiently.
• Responsible for diagnosing & resolving hardware, software & end users problems.
• Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements providing support for
MAC and PC.Providing support for Cisco Video Conference system & cisco jabber for the entire company.
Reporting directly to Team leader.
Duties and responsibilities: -
• Responsible of customer support troubleshooting and handling Customer complaints and solving customer
problems.
• Provided a single point of contact for all users to Report problems and assist to raise SLA according the AHT.
• Provided first level technical &IT support for government users for troubleshooting problems.
• Providing training for new joiners and evaluating the three KBI and knowledge.
Provide PC & LT support for over 250 clients in Yahsat, by phone or remotely or in person as needed to minimize
downtime according to the company SLA & ITO set of Standards.
• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving client complex issues & problems
• Handling Maintenance, installations, upgrades, sharing, Printers and giving the permissions.
• Adding users to Active Directory and creating mail account in the Exchange Server, and giving privileges in the
Share point Application.
• Experience in Blackberry Enterprise Server adding user to the blackberry server and giving the permissions and
assigning the IT policies and installing and upgrading blackberry OS.
