Responsibilities and Achievements:
• Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by Projects Department.
• Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract.
• Receiving the price quotations. (competitive quotes)
• Prepare schedule of comparison
• Reiterate with suppliers for finalization of quantity and quality.
• Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with Project Management Team.
• Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which the quotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements.
• Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining high level of integrity.
• Keep accurate records to justify the process and any other related decisions made in this regard
• Tracking and expediting of Shipment.
• Handle Delivery and inspection of items. Assist in Insurance claims, if any.
• Client acceptance/rejection, warranties and other related follow up matters with the supplier till completion of Project.
• Assist Tendering and Costing Department as required.
• Partner with key procurement and business partners to determine their business needs, and provide procurement reports and insights to inform procurement decisions and assist in the development of innovative procurement and category management strategies, policies and processes.
• Identify and use the most appropriate analytical tools, techniques and systems to analyze and interpret a wide range of supplier and organizational information and develop reports, forecasts and advice to inform and support procurement planning and decision-making.
• Research and analyze supply markets to determine market segmentation, trends, issues, maturity, risks and relative organizational position to identify opportunities and inform sourcing strategies.
• Develop, assess and provide reports for the effective management of supplier performance and to track and report on benefits delivered.
- Collaborate with senior management, the Engineering Team, Business Development and Operations Teams to define and build digital products that achieve business goals.
- Define new product concept and new features for existing and new products.
- Develop products’ roadmaps and strategies with senior management.
- Communicate and collaborate across departments to ensure the awareness and success of your products and features.
- Plan and conduct user research including online user tests, surveys, interviews, on-site visits and focus groups.
- Conduct market research to gather information on the product domain, competitors, and customers’ requirements.
- Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders throughout the business
- Work on multiple features simultaneously with the Design and Development teams, ensuring that they are completed accurately and ready when needed.
- Perform product documentation, reporting, and analysis through wireframing and user stories.
- Perform quality assurance on product features.
- Define and prioritize a product backlog based on the product vision, customer value, and ROI.
- Work closely with stakeholders (internal and external) to proactively identify problem areas/development opportunities and propose improvements together with the team.
- Eliminate roadblocks for the team and anticipate issues based on previous learning and identify solutions.
- Perform project management activities, which include active mitigation of any risks to the project scope and schedule, and provide status updates.
- Identify high-value KPIs that measure the success of the product and review them regularly.
• Test systems using recognized test methodologies at all points of the development life cycle.
• Design of both automated and manual regression tests to verify system function
• Execution of tests using automated and manual techniques
• Provide input into the design of user acceptance.
• Provide feedback on suitability of software for release.
• Provide input into the analysis effort undertaken by the development team where appropriate.
• Performs exploratory testing using customer scenarios and domain expertise to fully qualify a system under test and documents test steps.
• Runs repetitive testing tasks across multiple configurations (OS, Browser, platforms) and environments (staging, production) to provide system confidence.
