Riyad Bank for 4 years (HR-Serves: leave section, payroll section, resignation section).
My role/accomplishment during my tenor in Riyad Bank was:
- I have managed to reduce the employees' accumulated annual leaves, to reduce the bank's burden in case of resignation.
- I have participate in arranging the payment process for payroll, overtime and training.
- I have assist my colleague in resignations processing.
Now, I work with Bilad Bank (CEO Office) Follow-up Officer ( from May 2012 until now ).
مسئول الاجازات في البنك ، حيث يتم متابعة الاجازة وتصفيتها مع نهاية الخدمة وكذلك معالجته اجازات بدون الراتب والامومة والاختبارات .
