JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for smooth implementation and operations of chemical treatment program at Saudi Aramco Total Oil Refinery & Petrochemicals.
Supervise all the activities to ensure that all the activities are performed as per SOP’s.
Monitor Daily analyses, daily chemicals consumption and ensure all the KPI’s and chemicals consumption are in range.
Daily meeting with technical division representatives to discuss performance, consumptions, abnormalities and KPI’s.
Immediately highlight any abnormality and take actions accordingly to prevent the system from any upset.
Prepare daily reports, highlight any abnormality and give recommendations to operations.
Prepare monthly performance report and discuss plant performance with technical division.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in all the four areas of technological work of the company i.e. Unit and equipment performance monitoring and data logging, plant Troubleshooting and optimization studies.
Collects plant production and operating data, evaluates unit efficiencies by relating chemical and energy consumption to plant throughput and prepares daily performance summaries to monitor plant performance. Identifies potential problems, prepares reports along with recommendations for appropriate actions and submits to Supervisor for review.
Ensures technical support for assigned units and maintain maximum unit production, plant utilization and the production of quality products as per Company specifications while ensuring Profitability and 100 % HSE
Coordination and communication with equipment and chemicals' vendors independently for improvement and troubleshooting
Proposing modifications to existing systems and follow up to ensure proper execution.
Guide and assist in the execution and evaluation of plant Test Runs and special process improvement studies.
Perform Process simulations, Pump Hydraulics, Line Sizing and other process calculations
Calculate Equipment’s efficiency, operating cost and prepare monthly performance reports
Perform Heat & Material balance and energy conservation
Participate in HAZOP studies and incident investigations
Assist operations team in Start-up and Participate in commissioning activities
Perform technical evaluation & Inspection of procured equipment
Monitoring warehouse inventories of consumables
Support implementation of 100% HSE culture and comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls
Preparation and updating Standard Operating Procedures
Provide trainings to operations staff and support juniors engineers and new hired engineers for any work related tasks.
Preparing and maintaining IMS documentation
SPECIAL ASSIGNMENTS ACCOMPLISHED:
Simulation of Fuel refinery (CDU/PRU/NHT/Platformer/Stabilizer/Naphtha Splitter/LPG purifier/ Furnaces/Preflash tower/Utilities) in Aspen Hysys
Performed HAZOP study of existing utilities
Fuel oil additive test run at boilers
Data Compilation and DCS Implementation at Boilers
Working as a Process Facilitation Engineer in this project. This project aimed to replace the single PID control system of Boilers to YOKOGAWA Distributed Control System.
Commissioning of 400, 000 GPD sea water RO plant
Commissioning of 800, 000 GPD electro deionization plant
