Accomplishment: Built SPSC 2021 - 2024 Strategy.
• Lead the development of the center strategy for 2022 - 2024, (Vision, Mission, Values, Objectives, Strategic Initiatives, and KPIs).
• Writing policy and procedures for the strategy and project management in the center.
• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines of each task and activities and maintain the project plans.
• Making strategic and operational plans according to the mandates, national scope of work, and future position.
• Keep track of the projects’ progress and provide needed feedback.
• Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects.
• Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals.
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed.
• Monitor the application of project management methodologies.

• Prepare all related report as well as the whole dep report.
Accomplishment: Building the biggest industrial gas plant (Air Separation Unites) in the world with capacity of 76, 000 tons of Oxygen and Nitrogen per day.
Main Responsibilities:
• Review contracts and manage all activities up to project closure phase.
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
• Coordinates with all project related personnel (onshore and offshore) on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for all projects.
• Solve all the quality issues related to either construction or operation phases.
• Reviewing testing packages and activities as well.
• Monitoring defects and unsafe conditions being conducted in work site.
• Building quality procedures to quality department for commissioning and operation phases.
• Control and assure quality requirement of company activities.
• Analyze related data, figures, and graphs of activities.
Accomplishment: Master degree, published thesis, published paper, three conference papers.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data in the field of supply chain management.
• Preparing materials for submission to granting agencies and foundations.
• Requesting or acquiring equipment or supplies necessary for projects.
• Managing and responding to project related emails.
• Supervising undergraduate students working on the research project.
• Writing Academic papers and participating in conferences and related events.
Accomplishment: Building the second biggest oil refinery in the Middle East.
Main Responsibilities:
• Observing the construction and comparing the progresses being accomplished with the schedule and reporting to the SAPMT on any discrepancies.
• Duties shall include verification of equipment utilization reports with field observations, observing and reporting the time and location of work, forecasting progress, etc.
• Interfacing with the Project Engineer and providing their observations of the contractor’s efforts to focus on the high priority areas.
• Assisting the SAPMT in collecting, organizing and presenting data for the weekly and monthly reports.
Accomplishment: Earning #1 target achievement within the Kingdom in 2012.
Main Responsibilities:
• Managing teams and making sure that all the needed activities ensure successful delivery and completed on a week-to-week basis.
• Quality and compliance checking and observing of all team members, to ensure that all standards are being met and maintained.
• Developing an action plan to achieve company’s goals.
• Measure individual performance as well as the branch performance.
• Measure the efficiency rate of all activities as well as the overall.
• Determine the improvement opportunity within the work system.
I have concentrated in two areas which are "Quality & Reliability" for my course work, and "Supply Chain Management" for my research.
I worked on a project during my bachelor study which was about "Design of a Quality Management System in Accordance with Requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Standards".
