- Develop new or improved methods or products for controlling or eliminating weeds, crop diseases, or insect pests.
- Study insect distribution or habitat and recommend methods to prevent importation or spread of injurious species.
- Identify or classify species of insects or allied forms, such as mites or spiders.
- Develop environmentally safe methods or products for controlling or eliminating weeds, crop diseases, or insect pests.
- Communicate research or project results to other professionals or the public or teach related courses, seminars, or workshops.

- - Supervise and communicate trainings to farmers, and ensure the timely organization of the training delivery.
- Ensure a proper follow-up and communication with the farmers before and after organizing of the trainings.
- Coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs and innovators from across different agricultural backgrounds and experience levels.
- Prepare the training material based on the modern Climate Smart Agriculture practices including sustainability, resilience and mitigation of farming systems in the field.
- Communicate main understandings related to: key food security & Nutrition security issues, innovations related to food security, and awareness of sub areas like agri-tech, urban agriculture, climate resiliency.
- Assess training needs leading to the elaboration of the training curricula and training materials.
- Supervise and manage the project’s team, participate in the recruiting process, train and supervise the team members and ensure technical support to the team members in the implementation of the activities.
- Reporting, including activity progress, quality plan implementation, field updates and needs, report over the achieved activities and provides analysis over the performed activities and signal bottlenecks.

- Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.

-Biological control of plant parasitic nematodes by using bacteria.
