• Allocating the incoming tasks to the team
• Managing the priorities, recourses, workload in order to meet the bid due
date
• Providing supervision, guidance & support for the estimators throughout
The work processes
• Reviewing the tasks done by the estimators, prior to final approval by the
Estimation manager.
• Prepare complete project estimation & prices analysis /comparison
Reports and prepare the techno-commercial proposal ( medium and low
Voltage systems)
• Improve estimation accuracy by evaluating suppliers/subcontractors Based
on price, quality, selection, service and support
• Follow up with clients to clear any technical / commercial issues
• Interact and work with cross-functional teams to cover all project scope
Attend technical meetings with clients and perform site visits to collect
All related data / site condition that may affect the tender price
• Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and preparing
pre-qualification documents allowing company to participate in
governmental, private sector and international bids
• Follow up with clients to clear any technical / commercial issues
• Improve estimation accuracy by evaluating Suppliers/subcontractors based
on price, quality, selection, service and support
• Prepare Complete Project Estimation & Prices analysis /comparison
reports and prepare the techno-commercial Proposal

• Follow up client comments with suppliers and consultant to assure client
approval with minimum time
• Provide Technical Support to site team
• Prepare all Design calculations / DWGs ( Load Calculation, Cable
Selection, Cable Routing, BOQ) with minimum time and less revisions
• Prepare the shop drawings and constructions details.
• Prepare the technical material submittals for the projects.
• Attend regular site Visits to check the Design effectiveness
• PLC programming and HMI configuration
• Prepare logic diagram for HVAC system and input/output list of PLC
• Design PLC panel and its requirements
