• Liaison with Lawyer for Legal matters, court cases/disputed for recovery of debts, police cases for dishonored cheques. Review of debts & risk involved/provision require and take appropriate initiative for debt collection.
• Developing MIS reports for optimal decision making
• Works closely with business managers to maintain a focus on current and future financial needs in order to satisfy business growth.

• Actively participated in implementation of ERP Oracle Financials modules
• Implemented Project Accounting for the Contracting & Construction Business as per IAS 11 (for Arabian Marble).
• Implemented Product wise Cost Accounting for manufacturing business (for Arabian Mix & Arabian Concrete).
• Implemented group credit policy & customers credit evaluation procedure.
Role
• Supervising team of 9 Accountants & Assist. Accountants in a friendly environment & Reporting to the Chief Accountant.
• Preparing accounts up to finalization & reporting i.e. Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, payable, receivables, payroll, GL, TB, Fixed Assets, Inventory, reconciling bank A/c.
• Verifying all records related to operating /capital expenditures in order to ensure that they accurately reflect the company's operations & to ensure that the balance sheet is a fair reflection of the assets and liabilities of the organization.
• Assisting Chief Accountant in Budget & Business Plan preparation, implementation and administration.
• Liaising with external and internal auditors
• Liaison with banks for the optimum utilization of credit facilities & minimize the finance cost.
• Visiting to Customers, Sales Manager, Debt Collector & Lawyers for recovery of debt. Reconciliation and resolving the disputes of customers account.
• Handling insurance policies i.e. Medical, Accidental & workmen compensation, Vehicle, Fire, Plant & Machinery, Money, Property All Risk, Fidelity, TP Risk etc. Recovery of claim at the time of damages/accidents.
• MIS Expertise, i.e. Material variance report. Repair & maintenance analysis equipment wise/ usage wise. Debtors & creditors aging reports & turnover days. Sales analysis item wise/ customer wise. Rejection/wastage report.
• Self-correspondences, letter drafting to Banks, Customers, Insurance Cos., Lawyers etc.
• Co-ordination with HR and IT departments for related personnel matters and ERP functions.
